Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-06-12. This Privacy Policy explains how JustWin collects, uses, stores, shares, retains, and protects information when you use the website, Chrome Extension, account pages, checkout, support, and recommendation features.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to JustWin, a desktop Chrome fantasy football draft assistant for supported ESPN fantasy football drafts. JustWin is not affiliated with ESPN, Google, Chrome, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, or any fantasy sports platform.
2. Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, JustWin collects Google Sign-In data needed to identify your account, including your email address, profile or name information, and Google account identifier.
We may collect account and session data, including your JustWin account ID, authentication and session tokens, login events, and Chrome Extension installation identifiers.
When you use the Chrome Extension in a supported ESPN draft room, JustWin may collect draft data, including ESPN league and team identifiers, scoring settings, roster and draft-board context, draft events, and current pick state.
When you request a recommendation, JustWin may collect recommendation data, including prompt and draft context sent for request-time inference, AI recommendation outputs, provider and model metadata, response timing, quota records, and usage records.
When you use plans, checkout, or account features, JustWin may collect payment-related data, including Stripe checkout, subscription, payment, plan, and quota identifiers or state. JustWin does not store full payment card details when checkout is hosted by Stripe.
When you contact support or submit feedback, JustWin may collect report titles, descriptions, categories, severity, support messages, diagnostic context, rate-limit records, security logs, and operational logs.
3. How we use information
JustWin uses information to create and secure accounts, complete Google Sign-In, keep users signed in, connect the Chrome Extension to the web account, process draft context, generate recommendations, enforce quota, manage plans and checkout, respond to support and feedback, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve user-facing JustWin features.
Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing JustWin features. JustWin does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it for credit or lending decisions, or transfer it for unrelated purposes.
4. AI providers and model training
JustWin may send recommendation prompt and draft context to AI providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, only to generate request-time inference responses for the user-facing recommendation feature.
Recommendation data is not used for model training by JustWin. JustWin does not permit recommendation data sent through its app to be used for AI model training by its AI providers.
5. How we share information
JustWin shares information with service providers only as needed to operate the product. These providers may include Google for authentication, Stripe for checkout and payments, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google for AI request-time inference, hosting and database providers for application infrastructure, and support or diagnostics tools for service operations.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate abuse or security issues, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets after providing any required notice or consent.
6. Retention and deletion
JustWin retains information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and payment records, enforce quota, support users, secure the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Draft, recommendation, feedback, diagnostic, and log records may be retained for operational, support, security, and product quality purposes.
You may request deletion of your JustWin account or personal information by emailing justwin.fantasyfootball.ai@gmail.com. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, accounting, legal, or legitimate operational reasons.
7. Security
JustWin uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest, including HTTPS in production, authentication controls, restricted administrative access, environment-managed secrets, and provider security controls. No system can guarantee perfect security.
8. Your choices
You can choose not to sign in with Google, but authenticated account, quota, checkout, and recommendation features require sign-in. You can stop using the Chrome Extension, remove it from Chrome, sign out of JustWin, or contact JustWin to request account deletion or privacy help.
9. Children
JustWin is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use JustWin.
10. Changes and contact
