Terms of Service.
Effective date: 2026-05-27. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of JustWin, including the website, Chrome Extension, account pages, checkout, and recommendation features.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using JustWin, signing in with Google, opening the Chrome Extension, requesting recommendations, managing your account, or starting checkout, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use JustWin.
2. What JustWin provides
JustWin is a desktop Chrome fantasy football draft assistant for supported ESPN fantasy football drafts. It reads available draft context, provides informational pick recommendations, and explains the recommendation in plain language. JustWin does not draft for you, manage your ESPN account, or guarantee any fantasy football result.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use JustWin. Google sign-in identifies your JustWin account. Account sharing is allowed, but the account holder is responsible for all activity, purchases, recommendation requests, and quota usage on that account.
4. Supported use
Stage 1 support is limited to ESPN fantasy football draft rooms in desktop Chrome for Standard, PPR, and Half-PPR scoring. Other fantasy sports, other browsers, mobile browsers, other fantasy platforms, and custom scoring formats are not supported today and are not promised by these Terms.
5. Third-party services
JustWin is not affiliated with ESPN, Google, Chrome, Stripe, or any fantasy sports platform. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with third-party platform rules and applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse JustWin, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass quota or payment controls, resell access, reverse engineer the product except where law allows, use JustWin with malware or automated abuse, violate third-party rights, or use JustWin for illegal betting, wagering, or other unlawful activity.
7. Recommendation disclaimer
JustWin recommendations are generated from available draft context and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. You decide whether to follow any recommendation. JustWin does not provide professional sports, betting, financial, legal, or tax advice.
8. Payments, plans, and quota
One fresh JustWin recommendation equals one account-level unit. Cached recommendations for the same pick moment should not double-charge quota. Quota is consumed in this order: free tier, subscription, then pay-as-you-go units.
New accounts currently receive 10 free signup credits that may expire after 365 days. Monthly subscriptions currently include Basic Monthly at $5 for 20 units per month, Pro Monthly at $10 for 50 units per month, and Elite Monthly at $15 for 100 units per month. Pay-as-you-go packs currently cost $5 for 10 prepaid units. Prices are in USD only.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Subscription units do not roll over. Only one active subscription is allowed per account. Payment must complete before units are granted, and failed or expired payments may block recommendations immediately.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel an active subscription from your account page. Under the current implementation, cancellation is immediate and blocks subscription access. No refunds are provided except where required by law. The JustWin owner may manually review whether to issue pay-as-you-go credits for a particular case.
10. Data and privacy
JustWin may process account identity, league identifiers, draft context, recommendation usage, feedback, support requests, and payment identifiers so the service can operate. Data practices are covered in the Privacy Policy.
11. Ownership and license
JustWin owns the product, website, extension, code, user interface, branding, and service content. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use JustWin for your personal fantasy football draft assistance.
12. Suspension and termination
JustWin may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you misuse the service, fail to pay, create security or operational risk, violate these Terms, violate applicable law, or create legal risk for JustWin or other users.
13. Changes to JustWin or these Terms
JustWin may change the service or these Terms over time. Material Terms changes should be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Warranty and liability limits
JustWin is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, JustWin disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for lost fantasy outcomes, lost profits, lost data, platform changes, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, JustWin's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid JustWin in the three months before the claim or $100.
15. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Colorado law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Colorado will be the venue for disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise. For support or legal questions, contact JustWin through the customer support page.
